The operating process of ammonia FGD device is a process of producing ammonium sulphate. The absorption of each ton of ammonia can desulphrize 2 tons of SO2, and make 4 tons of ammonium sulfate. According to the average maket prices, ammonia costs RMB2000 per ton, ammoninum sulfate RMB700 per ton, thus, absorbing every ton of SO2 in the flue gas can help make a profit of RMB 400.

* Shangdong Zhongtai Power Generation Co., Ltd
General: EPC general contract sighed in Oct. 2007, constructing FGD device with "one boiler, one obsorber" system.  This project marks Jiangnan's first step into the big-sized power enterprise's FGD field.

* Guizhou Tianfu Chemical Co., Ltd
General:EPC general contract signed in Oct. 2007, constructing FGD device with "two boiler, one absorber" system. It's estimated to produce 39,600 tons of by-products ammonium sulfate each year, and increase the annual revenue by RMB 23,760,000.

* Shandong Luxi Chemical Co., Ltd
General:The FGD contract was signed in Sept. 2007. Desulphurization rate is more than 95%, while DeNOx rate more than 20%. It is estimated to produce 41,000 tons per year and increase sales of 24.6 million annually. The project demonstrates that ammonium desulphurization is more suitable for nitrogen fertilizer enterprisis than other desulphurization technology, as it uses wasted ammonia as materials to absorb exhausted gas SO2. So this technology has a much more flourishing future.

* Shangdong Mingshui Chemical Co., Ltd
General:EPC general contract signed in June 2007. Jiangnan carrys on the engineering, purchasing and constructing for 3 boilers' FGD project, which share one desulphrization system. It's an experimental project to promote ammonia Flue Gas Desulphurization in nitrogenous fertilizer field.

* Yunnan Jiehua Chem Group Co., Ltd
General:Yunnan Jiehua project has three phases. The first two phases are to construct FGD system and by-products recycling system for 3x75t/h+1x130t/h boilers. The first phase had been completed at the end of 2003, and passed the Yunnan provincial test in Feb. 2004; The second phase was commissioned in Nov. 2005 and passed the environmental bureau's test in Dec. 2005. The EPC general contract for the third phase was signed in Aug. 2007.
Main Data:1x75t/h+3x130t/h boilers FGD Project; absorber capacity 567,340 Nm3/h; 18,000 tons of SO2 are treated annually, and 35,000 tons of ammonium sulfate are produced

* Yangzi Petrochemical Company, Heat Power Plant
General:EPC general contract for #5-#9 boilers signed in March 2007. When the project is completed, SO2 removal efficiency is more than 95%. The density for the released SO2 declines from 2100mg/Nm3 to 400mg/Nm3.

* Hubei Fertilizer Plant
General:Contracted in Aug. 2006. This project takes waste ammonia as absorbent, which is discharged by urine stripping device of Hubei Fertilizer Plant. It doesn't generate new waste and cause negative effect to the environment.
Main Data:2x240t/h+220t/h boilers; 25000t/a desulphurization by-product.

                

Completed Construction

* Henan Yaneng Tianyuan Power Co., Ltd
General:BOT general contract with two sets of desulphrization system and one by-product recycling system. The system was successfully completed in May 2006, it's the first BOT project in the field of desulphrization domestically.
Main Data:2x220t/h boilers(2x50MW units); absorber's capacity is 560000Nm3/h;13,000 tons of SO2 are treated annually; 25,000 tons of ammonium sulfate are produced.

* Tianjin Alkali Plant
General: The project was completed and start to operate in April 2004, and passed the test of Tianjin Environmental Bureau in Sept. 2004.
Main Data:1x260t/h boiler (1x60MW unit);absorbent capacity is 335,000Nm3/h

                 

* Chongqing Zhongliangshan
General:contract was signed in June 2006 for two Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers. After completion, the project can help make sales of RMB7752,000 per year.
Main Data:2x35t/h boilers;absorbent capacity is 122,000Nm3/h
